SUMMOS BUSINESS CENTRE

The architecture of the SUMMOS business centre is designed around a human scale, responding to the urban and architectural character of Žvėrynas. The building seeks a balance between contemporary workplace architecture and the character of the surrounding neighbourhood. Instead of a typical glass office box, the façade is conceived as a solid surface articulated by a rhythm of windows, drawing closer to the character of traditional residential architecture. This idea continues into the interior, where warmth, comfort and familiarity create an atmosphere that feels more like home.
