Kopų Slėnis Holiday Complex consists of five buildings strategically located on the Baltic Sea coast. The project comprises one renovated building and four newly built structures.
We have adapted to the environment, which has shaped the main solutions of the site plan. The buildings are positioned in relation to the pine trees. The non-standard triangular geometry of the balconies was chosen not only for its expressiveness, but also because it helps to preserve the trees.
One of the most characteristic architectural features is the large attic windows, which enrich the interior spaces with light and give the architecture an expressive silhouette.
This project represents a thoughtful approach to architecture for resort living, which prioritizes the interaction between materials and the landscape.
