The design of this commercial and business complex was inspired by the atmosphere of a small town, focusing on human scale and inviting spaces. It encourages not only shopping but also leisure and social interaction. The layout features a mix of pitched and flat roofs, green alleys, public squares, café niches, and open ground floors, with abundant greenery enhancing biodiversity.

Bright green, yellow, and red façade tones give the buildings a vibrant, welcoming feel and strengthen the sense of a lively urban community. Modular construction and façade systems reduce waste and shorten construction time, making the project both sustainable and efficient.
