The interior of the Demus Asset Management office, designed by Heima architects, draws inspiration from an art gallery, combining concrete, stainless steel, and wood to create a refined and creative atmosphere. The spacious reception area, resembling a cozy living room, offers panoramic views of the capital, while most workstations are in private offices, with one open workspace connected to the reception. The sloping ARTERY building’s facade posed architectural challenges, resulting in asymmetrical spaces and artistic corridor designs, with small windows placed unpredictably to enhance natural light. Custom-designed furniture, including concrete tables, wooden chairs, and a monumental rock-like reception desk of concrete and stainless steel, reflects both functionality and artistic expression. In the director’s office, a 600 kg T-shaped table with laminated concrete legs, a cherry wood top, and a stainless-steel surface embodies craftsmanship and durability. Lighting highlights both artwork and workspaces, while light grey switches and sockets blend seamlessly into the minimalist design, creating a cohesive, sophisticated environment that aligns with the company’s vision.
